Upon further reflection, the DSP&P/DL&G never had a 2-6-0 #153. This photo has to be Colorado Central's "Cold Water Brooks" (c/n 465-10/1880) that became #153 in the UP System general renumbering of 1885 and retained that number on the UPD&G in 1899. She was wrecked in the staged collision with sister #154 on 9/30/1896, was rebuilt and assigned #2 on the C&S roster (1899), although sold by 1902. But where was the photo taken? Black Hawk?
