Well, Rehunn, you can make a good argument. The two sub-4 million$$ properties in Sherwood each have 10,000 sq. ft!! I'm not sure my TOWN has that many!! Seems crazy to call a 5,000 sq ft house "modest", but those comps are huge. As a R.E. broker in a former life, I'd hate to have to try selling that house..."You, too, can spend your life maintaining two gigantic model railroads!! Nothing to it!!"

Realtor.com is a fun and cheap hobby all by itself.... I enjoy checking out what's available in Narrow Gauge Country.
