But SFAIK, "Wild Eyed Foamers from California" don't have a lot of influence in the world (or whirled) of model railroad equipment manufacturers. The color looks spot on to me, though, so maybe the Bachmann people talked to the CRRM people who are restoring #491 and got a sample of authentic Moffat Green boiler jacket enamel!
