It's located at Sugar Junction on SLRG/former D&RGW Creede Branch. It's on property owed by a lumber company on the south side of the track. Not only did I drive by it every day going to work, I frequently stopped next to it while switching, allowing me to ponder it's existence.

There are two short reefers in the structure.
