A lot of controversy over buying Chinese rail equipment. Chinese offers low interest loans while providing Chinese Government subsidies to this company. It is also a company that is owned by the Chinese Communist Party. Often undercut other bidder.

Also based on previous experiences the equipment tends to look good out of the box however when put on track doesn't do so well.
