We should have that problem in NE Oregon. I did not even attach the plow to my truck this year. All of my vehicles are either 4WD or AWD, and easily handled the six to eight inches we had. The snow has been gone from my place for weeks and even at Sumpter, which is about 600 feet higher, there is not much left. The snow pack at all reporting stations is seriously down and there is no chance of filling the reservoirs. This will not effect the railroad, but the irrigation season will be dramatically shortened.
