In a word no it's not OK to sell stuff here except under unusual circumstances. IF, for example, you want to offer something as a one time event for charity - especially if it's a narrow gauge related charity (say the 483 restoration fund or something like that) then we can probably make an exception. But even then the best idea is to contact a moderator first.
