And, FYI, Rome's chariots were built to modern Standard Gauge. It's not that they had time machines; rather their chariots' wheels were spaced to accommodate two horses side-by-side, and when primitive railroads were being developed in England the log "rails" were laid in the ruts left in the stone roads by the Roman chariots.
The logical conclusion is that Standard Gauge is based on the width of Horses' Asses
