A Million Dollars in a Hundred Days

We are ready to roll!
The Friends of 483 fund, which is held by The Commission, will be frozen at its current level. All money that is in the fund now, will be reserved for the 483.
Here is what we need to do:
Contact every railfan we know.
Tell them that the Cumbres and Toltec is in dire straits.
The railroad needs money for the locomotives. It needs it NOW!
ALL of this money will go directly into the locomtive shop work.
