I believe that the lawsuits filed against the now former director of Steam on the UP, as well as comments made by people who have worked with him speak for themselves. A date has been set to settle the Sexual Harassment and Sexual Discrimination suit against him in Federal District court here in Cheyenne as we speak.

Jack was involved with the UP Steam program under Steve Lee. He has more of a right to comment than you do to judge him for his comments. He has over 10 years of riding in the cab with Steve. His service was particularly valuable after the death of Lynn Nystrom, the regular fireman. Jack has many more contacts than you have and can really get to the inside of the story.

I was involved in the Steam Program as well. My philosophy is to let the individual hang himself with his own actions.
