Roger: That reminds me of a method of cooking wild turkey that a friend of mine told me.

He said to get two lengths of really nice wood (2 by 10s work best) long enough to fit in a roasting pan. Then you put the turkey between the boards in the pan pop it in the oven and when the bird is done throw away the turkey and eat the wood!
