If you turn 180 degrees from the above photo this is what you will see:
It is Grove Farms railway that operates the 2nd Thursday of every month on 1800' feet of track laid on the original line that went from the Mill down to the Wharf. The fellow in the photo is Scott Johnson who is in charge of the railway and was most accommodating to a visiting rail fan from the mainland!
