Thanks everyone for your input. The warehouse/shed complex-thing is certainly intriguing; a part of me wonders if the portion to the left could have been a single-stall engine shed at some point. Needless to say, it's time for some winter reading!
The current Catskill renaissance is certainly an exciting one overall and presents a unique opportunity for the three local tourist trains to position themselves, particularly for the role the region's innate "vintage" undertones are playing in defining its brand. Phoenicia Diner is cooking up farm-to-table fare in a streamline prefab setting. While there's something for everybody, these communities are unique in that they seem to attract less of the traditional archetypal "citiot" (read: froyo-eating Upper West Side bike yupsters with strollers) and more of the transit-loving, mustachioed converted factory loft-dwellers who would probably enjoy nothing more than donning their best fedora and kicking back local craft beer in a period rail car.
