Welcome back, and sorry for the little snafu yesterday.
Essentially what happened is that there is a small bug in the way the board handles cookies which, under the right circumstances, can allow things to run away. Apparrently those circumstances cropped up on Monday and we approached using 20% of our server's resources. Since they're in the business of hosting lots of different sites, they simply can't allow any one to suck up that much of their capacity so they shut us down.
Anyway, I've looked into the problem and have determined several things we can do to avoid this in the future. However, for the time being, we'll have to turn off cookie support. We'll also need to upgrade to a newer, more efficient version of the program as well. Hopefully this "upgrade" will go better than most upgrades seem to.
Again, sorry for the mess, had I known there was a potential for this to happen I'd have done something about it much earlier.
