We inherited the bender from the Sunnyside Mine after its closure--they operated 2 miles of 3 ft trackage underground at the Gladstone mine location. The crew in these pictures are D&S employees working weekends for the San Juan County Historical Society as they installed part of the new trackwork used by the DRHS for support of the 315 and their other car restoration work in Silverton.
