In case you haven't already found it: ROW Explorer have made overlays of Silverton Northern, including Green Mountain Branch here. Looking at your map at Howardsville, it seems that you got the track alignment and branch points slightly wrong - compared to ROW Explorers maps. In his grade maps the tracks seems to end at Old Hundred Mill, but I suspect the branch were eventually extended a bit further up. I'll dig and see if I can find what sources I used when drawing my own line map of this branch. I assume you've already checked the USGS historical maps site. In case you havent, the branchline up Cunningham Gulch isn't marked on any of their maps (none that I have been able to find, anyway).

By the way: Interesting project you have embarked on. I have drawn many of the lines myself in Google Earth format (.kmz-files), including some of the logging railroads connected to RGS' and D&RG's network. Let me know if you would like to have a look at them.
