Lima's lone common carrier 3' gauge 4-6-0 was Holly River & Addison RR #10 (Lima s/n 1010-7/1905). HR&A reorganized as West Virginia Midland (1906) and the loco kept #10. Line sold to Pardee & Curtin Lumber Co.(1924), who continued to operate the WVM. The 4-6-0 later became #15 for Pardee & Curtin Lbr. Co. (P&C owned 13 Lima Shays #1-12, #13 and also had a Porter 2-6-0 #14.) The WVM was extended from Webster Springs to Bergoo (1927), where a connection (3 rail) was made with the Greenbrier, Cheat & Elk, better known by modern day railfans as a forerunner of the famed Cass Scenic RR.
