I got up before dawn this morning, put on my Cumbres & Toltec sweater, and fired up my smoker with some nice oak, pecan, and mesquite. I resisted the urge to throw in some coal as well. Going to smoke 2 birds and a ham today. Can't wait for the family to arrive this afternoon.

We do indeed have much to be thankful for.
