Well, the first question to answer, how many MORE revenue passengers would it bring? Based on the fact most trains have plenty of room for more passengers, nearly fill the first 2 trains daily, then the topic of 2 more might come to light. From what I have been learning in the commission meetings, the $$ isn't there. Damn, it is always about the money.

While it is fun to dream, what you are thinking about would cost a fortune. Many millions of dollars to got those 3 locos on the air.
