Oz...487 needs 1472-day inspection/work of high priority which will take some time this winter (your summer) in the engine house where OY was, which apparently got its boiler and other machinery checked out, was returned to its old parking spot, further work unknown.
Actually, for the last operating day of C&TS's 2014 season, the Chama yard was busy...OY was moved; a Sunday ballast train went north; our little deer family, mom and two yearlings, grazed awhile near the tipple area's big sand bin until curious touristers got closer; the final Ant Ltd arrived almost on time.
Most of the nearby aspens have lost their leaves.
Chama Steam XII runs next weekend.
Only 66 more shopping days 'til US Christmas.
