From the blizzards to the tropics--sounds like what a lot of Alaskans dream of!
There seem to be two cities in Peru named Hacienda Casa Grande. I have also read they went to Empresa Agricola Chicama in Peru, which was a company at one of the cities named Hacienda Casa Grande.
Here is a little more about Hacienda Casa Grande and Empresa Agricola Chicama but I have nothing more on the locomotives or railroads.
