We fabricated 2 replica headlights for our boxcab at Spencer last year. Someone had donated some old headlight bezels. The rest one of our volunteers fabricated out of sheet metal and shop scraps.
The reflectors are stainless steel mixing bowls from the local Walmart. We mounted bulb sockets in them. From the ground, you have to look real hard to tell they aren't the real thing.
