John, THANKS! to you and to all those at 'ground zero' who have made it happen, and to all the folks who worked (and still are working) behind the scenes doing all the little things that are so necessary, but that you only notice if they aren't done. Yes, there are some rough edges and some gaps, but the trains are running, the passengers are happy, and all in all it's a real success. I rode on Monday, and I remember saying more than once: "It doesn't get any better than this!".
