Dan,
All the reading I have done indicates that the Brillmeyer and Smalls Car builders were the Cadillic of narrow gauge builders. While Jackson & Sharp were the Chevrolet of narrow gauge builders.
I am delighted that another car in their style is being built.
One of the cars down near you in Henderson is a B & S built car from 1873. The car is the Eureka & Palisade #3 and the other two are J.S. Hammond from here in San Francisco. Perhaps you can find some helpful details there?
The main Nevada State Railroad Museum in Carson city is where there is narrow gauge track. I hope that the Gold Spike Hotel rail cars are moved up there someday.
Thank you for all the hard work!
