Here is a report on the annual aspen color change. This was taken yesterday (Sep 15 2014) on the road to Osier, above Phantom Curve. View is westerly, with Rock Tunnel in the trees at the left, and the location of Toltec section house down at the lower right corner, out of view.
As the topic on lenses is interesting to me, I used a Nikon D90, with the lens that came with it, an AF-S 18-105mm DX ED. I left the image EXIF data attached to the photo. Processing was to resize and reduce file size using Irfinview.
edit - I also have the 18-200mm lens, but am not quite happy with it's autofocus performance.
