The only thing shown on the valuation map in that area is the 100' wide ROW with a 54" sheet steel pipe line running along the ROW to the south. The structures were between Watson Ave and Ski Hill Rd along what is now N Park Ave. The wye was north of Watson and west of Park Ave. I can still see the wye outline west of park avenue across from the big parking lot.
