George, no this was taken in the spring, I was just going through some photo's and thought that this one looked nice, although Timp did get some snow in August on the very top, and the colder weather has brought the colors out on the mountains much, especially on Maple Mountain and around Squaw Peak and Wye Mountain ridges. The change in weather was a good sign for many families, every weekend it seems there are more and more folks traveling out of the county to do weekend recreation. What is the weather like in Southern Colorado? Is it cooler than normal?
