Not Cuba, not haiti.
This was on the island of Little Cayman, south of Cuba, north-west of Jamaica.The track appears to have run in the scar running north-west to south-east and then curving toward the south near the center of this aerial photo. The line went to the nearby dock where the phosphate was shipped out. This piece of machinery is still sitting near the dock:
