An October 15, 2014 article in the International Railway Journal: GE wins first order for new Brazilian locomotive

Paper manufacturer Klabin has purchased seven of the eight-axle ac-traction units to haul trains from a new pulp mill being constructed at Ortigueira in the state of Paraná to the port of Paranaguá, which will operate via the Latin American Logistics (ALL) network.

The locomotives will be assembled at GE's Contagem facility in Minas Gerais and GE says more than 60% of the value of the order is local content.
