IMHO, Dave, that's what Photoshop's clone tool is for.

Just copy a little of the adjacent dirt & gravel over the bottle - unless of course you are a purist who believes any alteration of the original scene is a histörical travesty.  IIRC, even Ansel Adams burned and dodged many of his famous prints, and numerous 'traditional' photographers kept stock images of clouds that were used to enhance the background of landscape photos.

Some offending power wires have been "Photoshopped" out of the following, and I have actually been asked "Why not the Volkswagen, too?"  IMHO, that would be going too far - and besides, IIRC that's our friend Olaf Rasmussen's car:
