These are DRGW folio sheets. All that they were for was giving mechanical dept employees at outlaying points basic info on each class of loco. When I was in high school, I would visit the main offices on 15th street and at the mechanical offices they would give you a few for free. A few years later, when I was an employee I was helping to move out of the old Pueblo roundhouse into the new enginehouse and kept both the steam, and diesel folio books out of the trash.
