I guess I don't understand this ending to your post. According to "these people", they voluntarily left, so presumably they could voluntarily return if they so chose. Perhaps their departures were not as voluntary as we have been told. In any case, like the Goat, this is not a democracy. Management has the final say of who is allowed to stay (and under what conditions), and who is not allowed to stay.

There is no mechanism in place for "us"/"we" to collectively do anything, either to influence management or to influence current / past members.
