Brake Travel

This is a question ive been thinking about for a long time. I want to know what other narrow guage railroads set there brake travel on engines and cars. And also curious what type of break systems you have on your Steam Locomotives and Cars.
Here is ours.
Engine #12(4-6-0)- has a A-1)straight air brake combined with a G-6 automatice valve) brake system, with two cylinders that are set between 4-6" of travel, and no more than 1/16th different per side.
Engine #190 (2-8-2) has a ET-6 brake system. With one brake cylinder. Set 3-5" of Travel.
Tenders #12 and #190 are set to 4-6" of travel.
Coaches #14-#18, Cars are modified EBT Flats extended 8 ft. They are equiped with K-1 triple valves, the Triple Valve, Reservour Tank, and Brake cylinder are connect together. We set our cars at 6-7" of travel.
