In my opinion, this could be the same plow seen here:

All of the details seem to be the same. A couple of things stand out, there is a plate that has been welded on the bottom corners to add what appears to be a couple inches more clearance when snow fighting. If you look closely at the first picture in this post, you can see where it may still say keep off under the black paint. Also, it looks like the plow has hit something hard enough (snow, or rocks, or another train) to push it back, causing the pilot beam to bend the metal around it; maybe causing the plow to bend downwards too. This could be why this particular plow is so close to the rails, though I know the engine is backed up a slight grade and this will point the nose down a little.
