John,

Is there anyone at the D&S my friend could contact? I misunderstood his interest. It turns out he works with a German tourist line and they would like to try the HWAP (High Adhesion Wheel Profile) but the governing authorities are very wary of innovation. Information about successful use of the profile and details such as total mileage, any derailments and certainly if there were any problems detected would be appreciated.
