That is a diesel fueled burner. I have a diesel fueled weed burner here on the farm that we use to burn last year's vegetation out of irrigation ditches. It uses about 25 gallons per mile and covers a 3 ft width. And weed burning does not sterilize the ground, you will have two or three new growths per season.

Do the math and see what is would cost to keep a ROW clear.
