Best bet is check out Narrow Gauge and Shortline Gazette. You might find a notice or ad in there for such things.
Hope that you don't take the discussion on the C&TS as the whole picture. There is a lot of different sides to that discussion. Being a member of the Friends will in the long run be the best supportive way. Let the others knock themselfs about over why the problem has gotten that way. Besides the Commission has the last say!
