Over on RYPN has a posting about this same car. They have some other photos of trips on some other Mexican Railroads with a scene of it on a line that has a high steel trestle with catenary supports. In addition they seem to have made a trip to Ecuador and toured the former Sibambe and Cuenca. However most scenes show stations, bridges and abandoned tracks. It looked like the tracks were not in good enough condition or cleared to drive over.
