That is one good looking and very modern loco. I like it because all rail fans also recognize that loco as a very traditional looking loco, meaning it looks like a scaled down standard gauge loco to them. That makes it a good candidate for construction a scale replica of it for operation in a public park or at a fair etc. I would have built a 15" gauge 5/12-scale version of it years ago except that there are no drawings for it. They burned in the 1969 roundhouse fire along with the ALCO drawings for the Sumpter Valley’s #80 & 81 now SV #19 & 20. I would have liked to built the SV loco as my second choice. Lets hope the EBT does not have a similar fire or all that stuff will go up in smoke also and the owners have never let fans make copies of the drawings. I sure hope they have copies stored in some other location. Loco112
