Roger...really outstanding stuff...(.forget the trains(although for selfish reasons I like seeing your trains)...These wildlife shots are really stunning. Especially appreciate the taking flight shots, although the others are super as well.
I was in the garden today resting, and heard a downy woodpecker. Never saw one like the one you posted before. We also have some of those
pileated(SP?) woodpeckers that look like prehistoric birds. Really neat!
Last weekend when I was out chasing Southern 2-8-0 630, I got a lot of birds in the audio as the trains approached. We got lucky with cooler weather last weekend, and now its in the high 80's. Too hot for steam!!!
