Hey South Park I see your TT question was for Smitty, however I may be of some help as well. I did a ground up restoration on a 25 touring, bought and sold T parts for a number of years and worked on a few others. By the way I know a guy that would like to sell a TT that is unrestored. It has a Warford type transmission added. If I ever had a TT, I would much prefer a Ruckstell like I had on my 25. You can end up missing a gear with a Warford, and end up without a brake, unless of course you also have Rocky Mountain brakes added. When I was a teenager one of my cousins had a 15 touring with a Warford. We took it to Silver City, Idaho which is no small feat in a Model T. We took turns driving, but I was always gun shy of getting the transmission in neutral when going down a long grade. Back in 1998, I was considering doing another T restoration as I had a 1922 basket case, or joining SVRR and putting my effort in at the rr. I chose the rr, and finally sold the last of my T parts inventory in 2012 about 35 years after I bought my first pile of rusty T parts.
So much for rambling on about not much of substance.
