I was thinking a mobile cam on the front end of the train... It would need to be portable, lockable, and relatively inconspicuous. It would be nice near the headlight for a full view, but maybe a view from the engineer's perspective would be more interesting. Dirt could be a problem. A wide angle view to the landscape on the side probably would pay off. It would make for a nice movie!
