A photo of 484 departing Alamosa with the 3 car Alamosa-Antonito stub passenger train on this date appears on page 45 of Bob Richardson's first volume of Rio Grande: Chasing the Narrow Gauge.

A photo of the rotary OY train arriving back in Alamosa appears on page 204 of the book Narrow Gauge Pictorial, Vol. VII. A going away shot of this train taken from the same location can be found in the Dorman collection.
