The originals were printed by the letterpress process and all the ones I've seen are printed letterpress--you can't fake letterpress with any contemporary digital or offset process, at least to my eye and 59 years of being a letterpress printer. When I first moved to Silverton, I was shown the backroom in the James R. Pitcher house that sits across the street from my house and there were piles of those menus. I don't know what became of them, and Pitcher ran the Silverton Northern. Same with the tickets--the local kids used to play with them because they were so plentiful. Some tickets survived and now they are highly collectable.
