Looks like at least 3 different styles, and perhaps 3 different visits, probably during the DAY, since most of it was in 'hidden' spots.
Our guess is that it was out-of-towners and maybe one local.
Also guessing that the out-of-town artist(s) figured if these are railroad cars, they will be going somewhere, and their work will be seen all over the country.
