California State Railroad Museum does have some Fred Jukes photos. It also has some non-railroad views he took while living at Elko, Nevada (if I remember correctly).
I seem to recall the story that the Fred Jukes photos of the Rio Grande are from his photo album and prints he had provided to others. The story is that the trunk that had the negatives in it was discarded by someone who did not wait for him to return for it.
