Until at least the 6th of May 1940...
A search of DPL has turned up this obviously a road bridge given the white-washed railings that the DPL lists as being the bridge at Lake Fork Jct. However if you compare Bridge structure elements and river alignment I think fairly certainly that it is not the bridge that you are interested in.
