I kind of figured that it was probably an old road grade.

Ive been able to track the route of the chili line all the way from Antonito down to just west of Santa Fe.

I think I have followed it up and over the north side of a golf course west of Santa Fe and think it becomes a paved road, but loose it up to the National Cemetery that I believe is now on the site of the engine house.
