Mr. Miller...
I've been seeing your name, frequently, over the last year or so. I live about a mile from you, if I understand your location. (I live in an apartment complex behind Howard's Market.)
I was General Manager of the C&TS RR in the 1970's, am a life-long railfan, have built a seven-and-half inch gauge live steamer, and remain active in railroad related matters. (You can read my postings on "The Dead Goat Saloon" board, which I'm enjoying.)
I would very much like to visit you, see your locomotives and railroad, and chat. If this message gets through, could you call me at 524-7854?
