Being an old car guy, I also go out of my way to follow the old road and hold in high regard the treasures of the forgotten biway like this. Sadly, our culture does not share my reverence for old and cool, preferring to bulldoze it into oblivion, in favor of a cheesy metal structure, trading porcelain signs and neon, logs, stone, and glass for plastic and throw-away landfill garbage.
